This year, raccoons...

This year, a raccoon dog appeared behind the lab again.

A nearby raccoon forest (?) was destroyed for development, and we thought the raccoons had disappeared somewhere, but then one beautifully furred raccoon suddenly appeared.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a photo, but it disappeared into the same bushes as last year, so I think it might have a den there. I hope that the environment in which raccoons can live, and which provides us with comfort in between research, will continue to be protected.
